Creme De La Creme – Lazy range; built-in wax, no buffing needed

We are having an unprecedented demand for Creme De La Creme and Browning wax, following the hack that’s got you all so keen to get on with your beams, doors and bannisters. If you haven’t seen it yet, do check it out ! We’ve attached images and a link below. 

Unfortunately due to this huge demand, Frenchic have actually run out of this paint and currently it is not expected to become available for another fortnight. We have emailed all those that have ordered from us advising this. 

After speaking to the team at HQ and getting guidance from the lovely Claire Hillier-Brook, who developed this method, we are now substituting these orders for one of the other colours below. It will make no difference to the outcome – the hack basis is simply lightening the item with a cream tone, then applying the browning wax to the desired depth. 

Substitutes will include Polar Bear, Cream Dream and Sugar Puff. However, if you prefer to wait for the CDLC to come back in stock in a couple of weeks, then we ask that you hold off ordering from us as we cannot fulfil this currently and your order will remain on hold for some time.

Please also make sure you have selected the correct method for getting your paint. We have several options at checkout to ensure you only pay what you need to, rather than a flat rate. For example, we have had several people select local delivery, when they live more than 5 miles away.
