We offer consultancy for commission work on Childrens furniture. This is often explored and utilised by families who have heirloom pieces that they want to keep for sentiment and provenance, but they simply don’t fit their style or vision.
This lovely antique pine chest of drawers was bought to us by Sienna’s Mum and Dad. They wanted Sienna to have something that belonged to her Grandparents, that was a good sturdy and practical piece of furniture… but fun!
We kept all the sentimental value, whilst adding new life and new memories to this piece. The brief was simple – Butterflies, flowers, stars and rainbows. We just met up, did a sketch and noted must-haves, and went from there really.
As you can see, Sienna was over the moon.
