Mix & Match Workshops.

Mix and Match from two of the following options and we’ll set you up on a fun creative day.

The day will consist of either your single morning, single afternoon, or double up session, all offered with lunch, at the fab Doghouse Micropub, onsite here at Evegate. We will book your table for you, to enjoy lunch and some of the great variety of vinyl always available at this lovely rural pub. Dogs are also very welcome at both the studio and the pub.

If you like you can meet up with others at the pub. Just let us know and we’ll book extra seating. Additional guests for food will be charged separately on the day. You can upgrade your session to an alcoholic beverage for an extra £2 – Just select your preference from the drop down box.

If you are travelling from further away we can offer some recommendations for lovely local places to stay, some within just three miles from the studio. Just email us to ask.

Options available:

Felting classes – Make felted animals and plants with Jude from Felted & Found. You will be able to take your needles and felting mat home with you to keep creating at home.

2 hours

Furniture painting workshops – Join Steph from Nest Furniture Studio for one of our Five Star rated sessions. All ages and abilities can come to our classes. Bring a piece to work on together, or makeover separate pieces. Transform something into a new heirloom or refinish an old one that’s needing some TLC

3 hours

Lampshade making workshops – Join Stacey from Rustic Charm Interiors. Bring some of your favourite fabrics and create your own drum lampshades. Stacey will teach you how to save a fortune by creating your own shades. Sizes 20/25/30/40/45cm subject to availability.

2 hours

Effects and Adornment  – Get creative with Steph from NFS Ltd, learning the art of effects and adornments to furniture such as metallic leafing, blending, crackle, stencilling, making your own gilding waxes and metallic tone paints from primary metallic powders.

3 hours

Printmaking – Join Casey from Branch & Brush Community Arts. Create your own artwork, then carve out your panel, ink up, then press, to make a beautiful print. Weekends with limited spaces only

2 hours
